Job Description:

We are looking for an Entry to Mid-Level Tele Sales Representative to contribute to our sales efforts through proactive outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop sales skills, interact with diverse clientele, and make a significant impact on our company's growth.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate leads.

• Effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.

• Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to schedule appointments for product demonstrations or further discussions.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

• Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-learning.

• Provide feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Passion for Sales and good marketing strategy on up selling our Products and Services with good Communication skills, or related fields, Degree not needed.

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is not required for entry-level candidates.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.

• A high school diploma is required; additional education or relevant certifications are a bonus.
